It’s extremely easy to say we have a commitment to the environment, but it only means something when we actually prove it.

With growing concern about our surroundings, we are proud to say that our homes feature a larger selection of environmental elements. We offer Solar powered hot water, rain water harvesting and exceptionally high standards of insulation, whilst wind turbines, ground source heat pumps and other future energy sources are being planned for upcoming developments.

Ground Source Heat Pumps and more

3rd July 2009

One of our most recent prestigious homes in a highly regarded South Leicestershire village features some ground breaking environmental technology.

We have installed a complete Ground Source heating system that efficiently provides both heating and hot water for this large 6 bedroomed family home. And because of the technology used, the home has an absence of traditional radiators, instead preferring to use underfloor systems throughout.

We have also installed rain water harvesting and a range of low voltage lighting together with low energy bulbs.
