Together with NEP we have a vast experience in house building and commercial development, having built over 1200 quality homes in England, Italy and Poland and 300,000 square ft of retail and industrial properties in United States.

Senec Gardens, Slovakia
Work has now started in Senec, just outside of Bratislava, where 33 acres of land was acquired in 2007 for 286 homes along with 32,000 sq.ft of commercial buildings.
This 50 million Euros development scheme incorporates apartments and houses along with a new lake.
Our first homes are now complete, and progress is going extremely well.
