Recent developments have included Hine Park, Humberstone, The Maltings, Sileby, Finch Place, Humberstone with other, high quality developments in Billesdon, Houghton on the Hill, Oakham and Irthlingborough.

We're also proud to have been awarded the ProCon Large Residential Scheme of the Year back in 2014 for our Old Hall Farm development of 25 homes in Cottesmore, Rutland.    

Hazelton Homes also purchase land and obtain planning permission for other house builders. Our most recent being for 135 homes at Seagrave Road, Sileby, which was sold to Bellway Homes. Urban Rhythm specialises in brownfield regeneration sites for commercial and residential development. Founded in 2002 the company has built over 250 units.

Back in 2005 Urban Rhythm won the ProCon Large Redevelopment of the Year award for their River Buildings development. This consisted of a 99 unit scheme following the refurbishment of a number of abandoned old mill buildings in the run down West End of Leicester, an undertaking which has proved to be a catalyst for further developments.

Wheatsheaf Works, our current project, is a redevelopment of an iconic, Grade II listed former shoe factory in Leicester. Built in 1881, it was the largest shoe factory in Europe,the project sees the redevelopment of a magnificent clock tower and will comprise 170 units, a combination of flats and houses.
