Urban Rhythm specialises in brownfield regeneration sites for commercial and residential development. Founded in 2002 the company has built over 250 units.
Back in 2005 Urban Rhythm won the ProCon Large Redevelopment of the Year award for their River Buildings development. This consisted of a 99 unit scheme following the refurbishment of a number of abandoned old mill buildings in the run down West End of Leicester, an undertaking which has proved to be a catalyst for further developments.
Wheatsheaf Works, our current project, is a redevelopment of an iconic, Grade II listed former shoe factory in Leicester.
