Established as a new housebuilding company in 1993, we build over 100 homes per year in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

Current developments include Hine Park, Humberstone, The Maltings, Sileby, Finch Place, Humberstone. We will shortly start developments in Billesdon, Houghton on the Hill,  Oakham and Irthlingborough.

We're also proud to have been awarded the ProCon Large Residential Scheme of the Year 2014 for our Old Hall Farm development of 25 homes in Cottesmore, Rutland.    

Hazelton Homes also purchase land and obtain planning permission for other house builders. Our most recent being for 135 homes at Seagrave Road, Sileby, which was sold to Bellway Homes. We have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in this area and work with local communities and planners to help create to best possible opportunities for community and developer alike.
